Planned handling
Refund decisions will be tied to a durable order, payment attempt, entitlement, delivery state, and provider event history. A payment-provider status alone will not silently change access without reconciliation.
Chargebacks, duplicated payments, failed entitlement delivery, and creator-removal scenarios will receive explicit documented outcomes.
